Meet Isaac, a Computer Scientists, Monitoring and Evaluation officer by Profession with a Bachelors degree of Science in Computer Science from Makerere University and an ISO certified Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute.
He has wide experience in project monitoring thus Developing and implementing M&E frameworks, providing technical assistance, designing data collection systems, coordinating data collection, analyzing data and visualization for decision making and ensuring data quality.
Currently working with COSEDA in the HSTP Project funded by World Bank and UNICEF as the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for Tonj East County. He is highly-motivated, industrious, conscientious, competent and possesses an in- depth knowledge and expertise in data science space.
