Socialist orgs who lack adequate accountability processes perpetuate rape culture by the social expelling or forcing survivors to remain silent. This is one of the reasons why these same orgs lack long term diversity as marginalized groups are at the receiving end far too often.

Under transformative justice the survivor is the top priority. They are never made to sit down with the perpetrator which ultimately ends up holding the survivor accountable rather then the perpetrator. The survivors safety, needs, and health are the top priority.
