Introducing COTI 2.0
Private Programmable Money

COTI shifts into its next phase, with a new website to match.

Same foundation. Bolder vision.

1. The Vision
The world's money will soon move the way information does, on open networks. But those networks are public, and nobody wants to run their finances in public.

COTI is now critically tasked with changing that. Its mission is to make private programmable money the global standard, so institutions, businesses, developers and individuals can hold, move and settle value on public blockchains, confidentially.

COTI exists to champion this cause.

2. The Foundation
Since 2017, COTI has built the privacy technology this next phase runs on. It was the first network to run garbled circuits in production, computing directly on encrypted data so inputs stay encrypted from submission to settlement.

Its institutional-grade technology has been developed across leading institutions:

1. European Central Bank
2. Bank of Israel
3. Input Output Global (IOG)

3. Privacy-on-Demand
Privacy-on-Demand serves as COTI's privacy layer for other blockchains. It allows applications to keep their users and assets on their existing chain, while COTI handles the private computation.

Avalanche was the first network to bring it to production. Since September 17, applications on Avalanche have been computing on confidential data, and users have been shielding AVAX and USDC through the Privacy Portal.

Expansion to further networks is a core part of the roadmap.

4. New Products
At the centre of COTI 2.0 are two new products, designed to keep transactions private when moving money between blockchains, and when spending it in day to day life.

1. Interphase - The flagship. It serves as the global privacy layer for moving assets between blockchains, and executing confidential, unlinked transfers across 30+ major networks.

2. COTI Global - A new central application, which allows COTI to be spent as a privacy payment rail for everything in day to day life.

5. What's Next
The new website and public roadmap are the first of several major upgrades coming this month.

COTI at NVIDIA GTC Berlin 2026

COTI is extending its footprint across Europe, with a strong presence at NVIDIA GTC Berlin.

CEO Robbie Vander met with infrastructure leaders, enterprises and financial institutions to explore what comes next for private computation, secure infrastructure and institutional finance onchain.

COTI’s mission is to make private programmable money the global standard. Berlin brought that one step closer, opening new doors across the entire product suite, from Privacy-on-Demand to Interphase.

Introducing Interphase
The Privacy Layer for All Money

Interphase is the flagship app on the COTI protocol, and the first step in bringing private programmable money to everyday users. Its dedicated page is now live, setting out how it works and the roadmap ahead.

Interphase serves as the privacy layer for moving money between blockchains. It executes confidential, unlinked transfers across 30+ major networks.

1. The Problem
On public blockchains, every transfer is traceable. Each bridge, swap and cross-chain payment leaves a public record of who sent what to whom, which allows anyone to follow the money from one wallet to the next.
Interphase is built to break that link.

2. Built for Everyday Use
Interphase is designed to make a private transfer as easy as a public one. Users keep full control of their funds throughout, and every transfer arrives clean, with no shared history.

3. The Roadmap
Interphase is being developed in three phases.

1. Private Cross-Chain Payments (Q4 2026 to Q1 2027): private transfers on Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and TRON, settled in under 60 seconds.

2. Business and Ecosystem Expansion (Q2 to Q3 2027): expansion to Base, Arbitrum, BNB Chain, Sui and Aptos, with private travel booking and confidential payroll.

3. Scale and Global Commerce (Q4 2027 to Q1 2028): the Interphase SDK and a one-click merchant checkout, bringing private transfers to any Web3 website or app.

4. Closing Points
Interphase is creating a private settlement layer for the multi-chain economy. It is the next joint frontier in the privacy and cross-chain markets, and an embodiment of private transfers tied with the reach of every major blockchain.

It starts with Interphase. The full details are live now.

COTI Powers Privacy on Every Chain

Avalanche was the first network to bring Coti's Privacy-on-Demand to production. Since September 16, applications on Avalanche have been computing on confidential data, and users have been shielding AVAX and USDC through the Privacy Portal.

Expansion to further networks is a core part of our roadmap.

1. The Privacy Requirement

Institutions are bringing real assets on-chain. On a public chain, every position and payment is visible to anyone, competitors included.

Confidentiality is necessary before that capital can scale.

Until now, privacy meant leaving for a separate chain, and taking their capital with them. Privacy-on-Demand allows institutions to stay on yours.

2. Understanding COTI Privacy-on-Demand

Privacy-on-Demand is creating a privacy layer for every chain. Shield, trade, and settle to pay, bid, and vote privately, without leaving the network.

It is the next joint frontier in the privacy and institutional finance markets, and an embodiment of the confidentiality of finance tied with the liquidity of the chains people already use.

Introducing the COTI Memorandum
The Case for Private Programmable Money

Today, COTI publishes its memorandum, setting out the thesis behind COTI 2.0, and the plan to make private programmable money the global standard.

1. The Thesis
COTI is the protocol for private programmable money.

Privacy has been the defining sector of this cycle. It was the best performing sector of 2025 and has led the market through 2026.
The greatest performing assets of the past year fit into this sector.

Private programmable money is at the cross-section of public blockchains and private finance; it’s a culmination of the openness of the blockchain with the confidentiality money has always needed.

2. Understanding Private Programmable Money
Private programmable money is a market economy in which participants hold, send and build with money on public blockchains, without exposing their balances or payments.

Stablecoins are the clearest example of the opportunity. They brought the world’s most used currency on-chain, for anyone to hold and send. But almost every one of those dollars sits on a public ledger.

Private programmable money is the defining point in bringing that market to the people, in a frame where their money stays theirs to see.

3. A Protocol for Private Money
There have been a number of privacy products already, namely Zcash and Monero. Both have been built on their native chains. This thwarts what privacy can be used for, boosts the cost of building with it, and divides the privacy market across a dotted range of separate coins.

COTI is addressing the privacy market’s biggest bottleneck and expense driver. Its Privacy-on-Demand SDK is usable by third parties to build privacy into apps on the chains they already run on, starting with Avalanche, with major blockchains to follow.

4. Taking the Lead with Interphase
The flagship app on the COTI protocol is Interphase, and it’s designed to achieve a number of goals: (1) be a dominant privacy app from the get-go, (2) onramp a mass of retail users to private, compliant transfers across 30+ chains, and (3) build a massive network of wallets, DEXs, bridges, payment apps and marketplaces as integration partners.

5. Closing Points
COTI is creating a private financial network for the stablecoin economy. It is the next joint frontier in the privacy and stablecoin market, and an embodiment of the confidentiality of banking tied with the openness of the blockchain.

The full memorandum is live now.

Bitcoin made money digital.
Zcash made money private.
COTI makes all money private and programmable.

Public chains are a glass box. Every balance, every transfer, every counterparty is visible to anyone who looks. That works for speculation. It does not work for money.

COTI invented the first private chain with smart contracts. Build, trade, and transact privately. Privacy-on-demand tooling for every major chain, powered by and ran on COTI. Already live on Avalanche. More coming.

╰┈➤ COTI Privacy-on-Demand
All your transactions executed privately on demand. Keep accounts and assets on the chain you already use.

╰┈➤ COTI Interphase
The privacy layer for multi-chain settlement. Confidential, traceless transfers across 30+ major blockchains. Nothing linking sender to receiver, while still compliant. Powered by COTI garbled circuits, the fastest privacy technology in crypto.

╰┈➤ COTI Global
Spend crypto in the real world, privately. COTI Global puts your daily spending, travel, and browsing in one app. One private balance. Only you can see it.

Institutional-grade technology, developed across the European Central Bank, the Bank of Israel, Avalanche, Input Output, and the Cardano Foundation. Built since 2017 toward one idea.
Private money, as the standard that powers all of crypto.

COTI Ops Update

Following the last update, the team and the market maker have engaged in constructive discussions and have reached an amicable resolution.

1. Resolution
The team has acquired the market maker's full COTI position. Both parties accepted the terms, and the matter is now closed.

2. Reasoning
A significant allocation sat with a party whose interests had diverged from the project's.
Legal processes take months. COTI does not have months to spend on a distraction. Acquiring the position resolves the matter now, in full, and on the team's terms.

3. Team Alignment
The team committed its own capital to the original purchase. That commitment is now substantially larger.
Team ownership of COTI is at its highest since the handover, and its incentive is the same as the community's: the success of COTI.

4. Closing Points
With the matter resolved, every hour goes to delivery. Q4 is about the product roadmap and expanding the utility of the COTI token. That's paramount.

X Spaces with new CEO, Robbie Vander Ghinste, and new CMO, Sara Bouchet

Following community questions, Robbie and Sara will host an X Space tomorrow at 10:00 UTC, covering every point the community has raised.

Preliminary Clarifications

1. COTI Foundation
COTI Foundation continues as is. Robbie is setting a new mission for the project, with a bigger emphasis on commercial development.

Sara joins as CMO, with a background in building consumer apps. She will lead the launch of the COTI app and its products.

2. Wider Roadmap
There is no structural change to the project, beyond the change of management. This is necessary to shape the vision beyond a purely technical focus.

Robbie brings a network, and experience, focused on business applications of the technology. Implementation of $COTI is at the heart of this.

3. Timeline
At the centre of Robbie's focus is a new central application, which allows COTI to be spent as a privacy payment rail for everything in day to day life.

The public roadmap, detailing each milestone the new app will bring, will be published tomorrow.

Confidence is earned. Robbie is committed to years of work on the implementation of $COTI as a private, spendable currency, and to letting that work speak for itself.

4. Community Feedback
The Google form below is for the community to submit their key questions to Robbie and Sara, so they can be addressed in the AMA.

We intend to make this recurring, so that concerns are addressed regularly as COTI becomes a commercial implementation of privacy.

COTI is excited to announce its new chapter.

Today, Coti Foundation is shifting gears from pure development to a blended approach, to further the adoption of COTI and its privacy ecosystem. The foundation is now critically tasked with creating purpose-built applications that fulfill utilities in daily life, while ensuring transaction privacy.

1. Coti Foundation New Strategy
In the coming weeks, Coti Foundation will publish a detailed expansion to COTI's roadmap, with an emphasis on expanded COTI token spending ability.

It serves as a decentralized ecosystem, which companies and merchants across the world can join to expand their payment rails to include a privacy infrastructure. The foundation exists to champion this cause.

The current management will step down and COTI will come under the direction of ZK Foundation, led by Robbie Vander, who has deep experience working in web3 venture space. That network will now spearhead COTI's focus on business development.

2. COTI Token
This shift is designed to take the network and its asset to new utilities, led by a consortium that will focus on regions across the world.

Exciting new methods to use and spend COTI tokens are due soon this year.

3. Privacy Market Distinction
The biggest company in web3 is not an exchange or trading firm. Privacy firms are mostly focusing on trading.

The industry's kingpin is Tether, for their emphasis on making a spendable currency. That is going to be COTI's focus.

Rather than solely creating private trading tools, Coti Foundation is going to emphasize making private transactions a part of daily life. In a seamless, united interface.

We will soon announce an AMA with Robbie so the community can get a deeper grasp of the new vision of Coti Foundation.

4. Closing Points
Under Shahaf's leadership, COTI built much of the technology and institutional foundation that makes this next phase possible. He will continue to bring that experience to COTI as an advisor.

Robbie's vision goes in full effect with COTI 2.0 campaign, which starts next month. Get ready!
