Option 1: unfunded lockdown of ambiguous length lifted as soon as politically feasible with no long term plan.

Paid sick days are just such an investment that makes sense from *any* political perspective.

Only 10% of low income workers have access to paid leave. The Federal benefit is not working, Ontario has the legislative capacity to fix it.
