In our production plants we have recently completed the supply of two tubesheets in ASTM A350 LF2 Cl.1 base material with a welding overlay in AWS A5.9 ER309L + ER308L performed by GMAW process.

We are proud to present one of our latest achievements: an Electrode Column PHASE 2 built in S355J2 material and guide in Hardox 400, welded with AISI 309 and AISI 312 stainless steels. The component has passed rigorous pressure test and leakage test, with a 12 hours maintenance.

In order to guarantee the quality of each component, we proceed with intermediate and end-of-process dimensional checks, as required by the inspection plan. We can therefore proceed with a complete two-dimensional examination, which analyzes all dimensions, or on a sample basis.

In our production department we have recently carried out the machining of a 9" Block Tree Body in AISI 410, intended for the Oil & Gas sector with a multitasking lathe.
