On March 17, 2023, Canada will expand MAiD for mental illness without any plan to provide comprehensive access to mental healthcare for people who desperately need it. In other words, it will be easier to access MAiD than to access mental healthcare. This is beyond alarming.

@Sflecce I believe CUPE received written confirmation that Bill 28 will be repealed, therefore decided to withdraw the political protest. If your priority was to have kids in school you would have negotiated a fair deal from the beginning.
