#pourover is the best way to make coffee and keep flavor. So today I am making @CopperDoorCof Guatemala roast. With notes of sweet cream, almond, and meyer lemon.

A really good creamy start and the lemon comes through in the end.

This roast has lime, butterscotch, and brown sugar. Very distinct flavor profile.

On a snowy day in between work I ran to the store and found this!
@ForestCoffeeCo makes a delicious cold brew! Cinnamon, cocoa, and dark berry. Yum!
