Limiting the debate turns the CO Capitol into political theater. When you combine limited debate with the fact Gov. Polis will kill the weapons ban, due to the political toxicity, your tax dollars are being completely wasted while politicians bloviate from the well. #HB1292
@eluning@cologop@ColoradoSun@fishnette "Unfavorable reporting" and you get forcibly removed! What world are we living in? We must not ever let disagreeable speech interfere with the 1st amendment, that's the stuff of Communists.
At @cologop state assembly in Pueblo just now, @ColoradoSun reporter Sandra Fish @fishnette . ejected from arena by sheriff’s deputy after party’s event manager said GOP chairman “believes current reporting to be very unfair” #copolitics
@commish_pelton The Democrats refuse to use the law as a deterrent against the number one killer of people age 18-45. Once again this year I fought for those families that lost innocent lives to this poison.
I’m very proud of partnering with Rep Mike Lynch on this Bill. To many people in Colorado are losing their lives to fentanyl!! #coleg#copolitics

ICYMI: Congratulations to @COrepLynch for the successful approval of HCR24-1002 & HB24-1225. These pivotal measures are aimed at enhancing community safety by revoking the right to bail pending disposition of charges when the offense is murder in the First Degree and the proof is evident or presumption is great.

👏 Congrats to @COrepLynch for passing through second reading, measures to enhance public safety by revoking bail rights for first-degree murder when evidence is strong.

Incredibly disappointed that the Democrat supermajority failed HB24-1126. This bill by @COrepLynch aimed to address substance use by allowing courts to order individuals to participate in a treatment plan as a condition of bond. A missed opportunity for bipartisan cooperation on a crucial issue.

.@COreplynch's bill to amend the "Colorado Privacy Act" passed second reading in the House! HB24-1130 aims to add protections for an individual's biometric data: unique physical characteristics, such as fingerprints, facial recognition, voice recognition, and heart-rate sensors.
🇺🇸 To honor those who have served us, @RepDonWilson's joint resolution (HJR24-1007) just passed in the House to recognize today as Military Appreciation Day. We are immensely grateful for the Veterans in our caucus:
