Curious how others have handled flaky third-party sources?
I built a live video streaming engine that heals itself.

It ingests 13,000+ live TV broadcast feeds from around the world. ~40% are dead at any given moment. Here's how I made it self-healing, fully client-side, in 2 weeks 🧵
Ended up learning a lot about realtime systems, game loops, and syncing players.
Also tried making my first video with narration + face.
Still improving it, but sharing it for now 👇
I turned a childhood game into a real-time multiplayer challenge.
It starts easy… and then your brain just stops working 💀
Lowkey the hardest part was deciding what actually flies 😭

Building it was more confusing than I expected.
Design wasn’t clear at first,
then came bugs — CORS issues, syncing problems, plus exams in between.
Things only started making sense once I figured out the design direction.
