@stephsmithio I'm a believer in not burning bridges. It may not be a fit now for various reasons: management, financials, etc. But that could change and be an attractive place again in the future. Just use it as an opportunity to have a good discussion and be friendly. You never know!
@awilkinson Could you build something that fields messages from patients, gives advice based off results (I would OK before sending), etc? This is the most time consuming part of my day. I'm a physician and clinic owner. I already use AI/real person hybrid for scribe services.
@hbtCHIEFS Defense will carry the load and having Worthy back will allow for us to take advantage of their suspect secondary. Also, we seem to live rent-free in Lamar's head. We'll sack him a few times and they'll give us at least one turnover. Chiefs 24-17. 8/10 confidence. Go Chiefs!
@mcuban Mr. Cuban, as physician and clinic owner, I have plenty to speak with you about if you would ever like to. One place where there is plenty of opportunity is in drugs. I've had many of my patients start using @costplusdrugs, and we need more of that type of innovation!
@getnickwright As usual, and because of their own making, the Chiefs will be considered "over" if they don't at least make it to the AFCCG. It's an incredibly high standard, but it's all good. The Chiefs with Mahomes will win at least two more SBs IMO. We will see!
@NFL_DovKleiman Unless the Lions win a Super Bowl, then the Rams. It's the only thing that matters. No point in having a bunch of picks and good players if you don't win it all. Easy.
Baseball's top power-hitting prospect, Jac Caglianone, is set to make his MLB debut for the @Royals tonight, so we're giving away his autographed jersey!

@ArrowheadLive I like division winners getting an automatic entry, but I think the seeding should be based on record. Winning division still means something, but if you're barely above .500 in a bad division then you shouldn't have home field advantage over a team with a better record.
@VivekGRamaswamy Teachers are part of the equation, but I believe we have an educational system problem. A social disparity problem contributes to this. You can't have a meritocracy without everyone having similar opportunities!
