For long, I have been using Fresh Gold Crown milk from KCC … I take one glass of milk only as breakfast. But of late, the so called fresh milk from @newkcckenya tastes differently, has sediments which I have to use a sieve. The Court quashed a 69 billion loan by a Shylock who ballooned a 4 million loan into 69 billion!

In Dhiman v Shah,the lender advanced 7 million to the borrower. After repaying 3 million, the borrower couldn’t pay the remaining 4 million. The lender then slapped on 36% interest, inflating the balance to a mind‑boggling 69 billion.

The lender even seized the borrower’s house via an ex‑parte judgment. But the Court of Appeal called the deal oppressive, unconscionable, and void and returned the house.

The borrower was ordered to only repay the 4 million at court rates. Not 69 billion cooked from thin air!
