The cost of school uniforms is a hot topic at this time of year. Last week, we welcomed @BBCNewsNI to our School Uniform Project at St John's Parish to see the practical support we provide to families across Greater Belfast. #rocschooluniformproject
Thanks to all who attended and supported our Bible Conference last week. It was great to open God's word and hear from colleagues and partners about their work over the past year!
Please join with CPA NI today, in setting aside time to pray for all blue light responders in our country. Here's a few things we can all pray for:
- The safety of our staff
- For those suffering & in need of help
- Our senior leadership teams
- For peace in our communities
Thanks to all our guests, members, and supporters who turned out today for a wonderful service of thanksgiving for 140 years of Christian witness in the #RIC, #RUC, and #PSNI. Here's to looking back, looking up, and looking forward! #Micha6v8
The Vice Lord Lieutenant Dr Alan Logan DL, with Cadet Carter McKee has attended the Service at St Anne's Cathedral to mark 140 years of The Christian Police Association in NI. Thank you to President Jonathan Middleton for your warm welcome. @PoliceServiceNI
Warmest congratulations & best wishes to all our colleagues & friends in @CPA_PSNI as they celebrate their 140th anniversary today at St Anne's Cathedral.
Easter is a time of stark contrast, with Good Friday a time for quiet reflection on Christ’s anguish and cruel death on the cross at Calvary. This followed by Easter Sunday, a time to celebrate Christ’s resurrection, and new birth into a living hope. Believe the Good News!
This time next week the first session of our annual conference will be underway! Feel free to join with us for any events and enjoy some worship, prayer, and teaching, alongside some chat & craic over tea & coffee
Prayer points for today:
- Wellbeing and support for those in need
- The safety of first responders in the field
- Management & Leadership teams making decisions
- Give thanks for the work of emergency services around the globe over the past year
- Government funding for services
But he was pierced for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his wounds we are healed - Isaiah 53 v 5

Never a headline anyone wants to read. This evening members of CPANI have been praying for our wounded colleague, their family, the local community, and all Police and medical staff involved in the incident at this time.
As we dwell on the wonder of Christ incarnate this Christmas, we give thanks for all he has achieved and reflect on another year of fellowship in Him. We look forward to sharing with you in 2023. John 1v14
We're delighted to announce the return of our annual Christmas Carol service at Garnerville. All are welcome to join with us for traditional readings, hymns, and supper! Feel free to get in touch for more info 🙂
