@LoganGrafTax How about this? Deadlines moved to Sept and Oct 15. To do this, change the payment deadlines to match calendar Qtrs. (April/July/Oct/Jan) Now the focus can be on computing tax estimates and the actual return is really a reconciliation to the estimate computation

Threrefore we can train people to start in tax at a higher level and then leverage automation and outsourcing better.
