Great work young man, way to choose to make a difference! Keep going America we are healing, not all at once and not everywhere, but it is a great new beginning! Let’s stay united!❤️🩹👏🙏🏼
Dear @WhiteHouse, my name is Rodney Smith Jr., founder of Raising Men & Women Lawn Care Service in Huntsville, Alabama. Through our 50 Yard Challenge, over 6,000 kids across the country have signed up to mow free lawns for the elderly, disabled, veterans, active-duty military, first responders, and single parents. With America celebrating its 250th birthday this year and me also being born on July 4th, I wanted to humbly ask if a few kids from our program and myself could travel to Washington, D.C. to help mow the White House lawn for this historic celebration.
More than anything, I want these kids to see how a simple act of service something as ordinary as mowing a lawn for someone in need can lead to extraordinary places. What better lesson in community service than showing them that helping others can take them all the way to our nation’s capital? I’d also love to bring my American flag-themed mower in hopes that the President might sign it, so I can later auction it off and donate 100% of the proceeds to a nonprofit supporting veterans. It would be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to highlight the importance of service, patriotism, and the impact young people can have when they choose to make a difference. 🇺🇸

IMPD Homicide Detectives Arrest Juvenile in the Murder of Brett Scrogham ::
IMPD homicide detectives have arrested a juvenile for his alleged role in the May 28th murder of 23-year-old Brett Scrogham.
On Thursday, May 28th, 2026, IMPD officers were near a parking garage in the 100 block of S. Capitol Avenue when they were notified of a possible gunshot being fired inside the garage. Several officers entered the parking garage and located a victim, later identified as Mr. Scrogham, in a vehicle with a gunshot wound(s). He was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.
IMPD homicide detectives responded to begin their investigation. After reviewing available video footage, evidence, and speaking to witnesses, detectives identified a juvenile male as the suspect in this case. The IMPD Violent Crimes Unit was tasked with locating him, and on Wednesday, June 3rd, the suspect was taken into custody on Indy’s west side.
“While today’s arrest is significant, my heart breaks for everyone impacted by this tragedy. A young man lost his life, and another now faces allegations that will change his life forever,” said Chief Tanya Terry.
“This arrest is the result of countless hours of dedicated work by our IMPD detectives, officers, and US Marshalls. While today's announcement marks an important step forward in this investigation, it cannot heal or ease the pain felt by Mr. Scrogham’s family, friends, and loved ones. This case is a tragic reminder that a single act of violence can alter countless lives in an instant,” Chief added.
Detectives are working with the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office, which will make the final charging decisions. @93wibc
The reason Indianapolis is facing a crime crisis is because Marion County lets it happen.
Ryan Mears is a prosecutor gone rogue, who refuses to prosecute violent criminals, and his soft on crime policies are ruining this great city.
How much longer will we allow this to go on?

Spencer Pratt schools NBC reporter who wants to know if he’s running for LA Mayor just to promote his “brand."
Reporter: “Man, your brand is hotter than ever!"
Pratt initially talks about getting in the race after losing everything in the fires.
But then he gets to the real-life risk his decision carries — safety concerns for him and his family:
“Running for mayor is not fun. I have to have 24 hour security with the amount of death threats. My kid now has a security next to him when he goes in the ocean, because psychos come to the beach."
"This is not fun fighting DSA socialists in the city of L.A. So anybody that really is paying attention, politics is not fun."
"And now I'm deep in politics fighting a machine that is against the truth."
They keep trying to question his motives. It’s not working.
Indiana football coach Curt Cignetti on driving the Indy500 pace car: "It was a thrill. It's something that, I had the whole family there, it's something we'll remember forever. For me personally, it really was a rush."
