Now #sky recording not working! Paying over £100 per month for no phone, broadband and now no recording! Sort it out! #skynews #skyservices

[Paul Downing @CPDowning]

Day4 of no service from #skyfibre #skytalk since I upgraded. Keep repeating the problem but #sky #customerservice not listening or acting.

[Paul Downing @CPDowning]

@SkyHelpTeam how do I do that?

[Paul Downing @CPDowning]

@SkyHelpTeam done all that. There's a fault on the line. Just need someone to go back to the exchange and fix it properly.

[Paul Downing @CPDowning]

@SkyHelpTeam hi, checked and shows green light. I don't have a dial tone though.

[Paul Downing @CPDowning]

@SkyHelpTeam hi, MySky shows Activated! I have no phone line let alone broadband, so that can't be true! Someone not done their job right!

[Paul Downing @CPDowning]

@SkyHelpTeam @CPDowning initial activation date was 19Feb. That failed. New one 21Feb also failed. Not sure what now.

[Paul Downing @CPDowning]

Don't bother with #skyfibre. Used to have #skybroadband and tried to upgrade. Now have no broadband and no phone line either. #greatservice

[Paul Downing @CPDowning]

So impressed with @calcrutchlow at Silverstone yesterday. What a brilliant ride. Makes you proud to be British. Worthy off my first tweet!
