@siv2000 Thank you for contacting Copenhagen Airport.
The EES self-service kiosks are available and can be used daily between 05:00 and 01:00. However, they can only be used by EU citizens aged 18 or over who hold a valid EU passport.
@spenniy I absolutely get your thoughts and frustration.
We work closely together with the Police, and your feedback will raised internally, but we cannot comment on the processes or handling of cases on behalf of the police, as they are responsible for the area and service.

@Williams67J Sorry to hear of the bad experience at passport control. I will forward your feedback to the Police, in charge of this section of the airport, and hope, they will look into avoiding similar incidents for other travelers.
Hope you had a good trip, and a good day to you!

@fat2flat_bm@Enterprise Hi Thomas, thank you for reaching out. We have been in contact with the Enterprise team, and they have confirmed that they will contact you directly regarding this matter. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

@Ereeek We understand your frustration and agree that long waiting times are not an acceptable experience for passengers. We continue to raise passenger feedback with the relevant authorities, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
@PabloMurphy Hi Pablo,
I absolutely understand, but as the passport checkpoint is managed solely by the Danish Police and the Danish authorities, and they are responsible for staffing levels.
For anything regarding the queue I would have to refer you to the police at [email protected]
/Karla, CPH
@RichardDear6@PabloMurphy This is certainly not an ideal situation for anyone, and we understand your frustration. We apologize for the additional waiting time. For questions regarding passport control, please contact the police directly at [email protected].
@bonnar30014 Hi Anna,
Thank you so much for your kind feedback! We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the gate layout, as well as the food and drink options available nearby 🥐 🧋
We hope to welcome you back to Copenhagen Airport again soon 😊
I wish you a good day.
/Karla, CPH
@bonnar30014 Thank you for your feedback. We understand that the area may feel less open and airy than before. We're currently expanding our airside area to create more space, improved facilities, and an even better travel experience when the project is completed in 2027.
@riboe_kent@adamdavidriley Entry/exit regulations are generally to be taken with the embassy of your country of destination.
What you may be referring to is the new EES system, that is implemented across EU - you can read more about this here:

Have a good day :)
