Before I delve into Top-10 lists and so forth, I wanted to highlight Hojabrpour. In 2019 he was exactly the type of player the #CanPL was designed for: young, not good enough for MLS, but still talented with room to grow. Look at that career progression!

As reported by @joshrjhealey, Dyer has received numerous offers from #CanPL clubs, as well as a few in the #USL. He would be a valuable addition to any at this level, bringing with him well-rounded offensive flair as well as an ability to draw fouls.

While his WPA grades may not have reached particularly high, Bassett left an indelible mark on #AtléticoOttawa and the #CanPL as a whole. It sounds like he will be leaving the CPL, but if he doesn't, he would be an invaluable pickup to any team in this league.

Today's award is the #CanPL Golden Boot! The thing that separated Warschewski from his peers was that not only could he score goals, he could create them too - by himself or through distribution. His ability to draw fouls and beat his man also don't hurt!

This year's #CanPL PPOTY was Brian Wright, the quintessential no. 9. He provided nothing but offence in 2024 (with a little foul drawing), however, he did it extremely well, enough to rank just outside the model's top 10 and of course to win the award!

The award today is the #CanPL POTY! For this, Borges was well deserving. While not ranking at the top of the model, he was certainly an offensive force to be reckoned with, providing an absurd amount of attacking impetus. A little one-dimensional, but alas!

While he may not be the best defensively, and his passing and dribbling can use some work, KDL can draw fouls and recover the ball extremely well. He would be a good pickup for a #CanPL club, I'm not so sure about an upwards move however.
