This speech is spot on. When barely a day seems to pass without another awful #planning decision for #Kent, this one by @medway_council is a shocker. The village of High Halstow will now DOUBLE in size. Clue's in the name: planning committee! No hint of planning here.

@vincemaple@medway_council Respectfully to @vincemaple , how many of these homes - or indeed any of the thousands going up across Medway - are going to local people? Same story across Kent: massive housing development but local people hardly, if ever, benefit.
