6 years ago today, the Life Preserver Pin was hidden at the forest.
The pin looked very similar to the Life Ring Pin and all players could obtain it.
This was Club Penguin's 282nd pin.
10 years ago today, the 2010 Music Jam began on the island.
This was Club Penguin’s 3rd Music Jam.
This party released blue headphones for non-members, and a red Music Jam shirt and boom box for members. All penguins could try and meet both Cadence and the Penguin Band as well.
14 years ago today, the Horseshoe Pin was hidden on the island.
This was Club Penguin’s 9th pin, and the first pin to be hidden at the Mine Shack.
It was apart of Gary’s pin collection and appeared on the July 2006 page of the ‘05-‘06 yearbook when the large cactus is clicked.
10 years ago today, Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force: Herbert's Revenge was released on the Nintendo DS in Australia.
You play as an agent after the end of the PSA with the objective to stop Herbert.
Herbert's Revenge was the 2nd Club Penguin DS game released.
It featured 10 missions, 6 which you could play on Club Penguin, and 4 other minigames.
It also allowed players to transfer coins they obtained in the game to their account on Club Penguin.

The Coffee Pot Pin was also available for players and was hidden at the Beach.
It also marks the last time a pin would be hidden at the Beach.

4 years ago today, the Finding Dory Party began.
In the party, players could obtain items through completing tasks on the Finding Dory Party Interface.
This was the 16th sponsored party on Club Penguin.
13 years ago today, the Water Droplet Pin was hidden at the Dance Lounge.
The pin also appeared on the 2007 page of the 2014-2015 yearbook when you clicked the orange penguin in the fall fair photo.
This was Club Penguin's 36th Pin.
This party is said to be the biggest event Club Penguin has ever done.
Players could dress as their favorite Marvel Superheroes and Super Villans, as well as citizens.
Findable items, an items for everyone catalog, and a Marvel catalog were released on the island for this event
8 years ago today, the first Marvel Superhero Takeover began, marking the first of many “Takeover” parties and parties in collaboration with other companies.
This party immediately followed the meteor strike that powered the Destructobot build by Ultimate Proto-bot 10000.
7 years ago today, the Neon Flamingo Pin was hidden in the Coffee Shop.
The Pin could also be seen on the June 2013 page of the 2012-2013 yearbook when the pink penguin was clicked.
This was Club Penguin's 247th Pin.
12 years ago today, the Water Party began. This was the 2nd water party to be held in 11 months.
During the party, players were able to throw water balloons instead of snowballs and every 30 minutes Klutzy could be spotted in the Cave with a lantern, foreshadowing PSA Mission 8.
11 years ago today the Adventure Party came to the island.
Members and non-members alike could complete a scavenger hunt for an Adventure Party background.
The Tree House was the featured party room.
Non-members could get a safari hat and members could pick up a tropical bird.
