Payout rejected 🚩
@tanvirfx11 Was greeted with this email of his $699 payout rejected from "Atmos funded "@Atmosfunded supposedly a reliable (broker backed) firm featured on @PropFirmMatch with very manufactured "account sharing" excuse to deny him his hard earned money. Then they obviously disabled his account so he can't prove that he haven't used either VPN or shared his account.
Tanvir Sama have also been rejected by another firm. He worked hard for this money, and he got rejected again. There are many people who rely on these payouts hosted by reliable sites like "Prop firm match" and have good rating on @Trustpilot but the sad reality now is that these measures are less dependable with time.
We wish compensation for this trader

@BeefDayPepe@Topstep@ZamcoCapital I used a firm cause of his affiliation they denied 29k$ and i reached him with proper documentation and his greedy ass sided with the scam firm and the firm rebranded / died after ri sent them a legal notice
@TraderAryan@fundingticks They've done the exact same with their CFD firm with (toxic trading flow rules) but people forgot about it and moved on. Future's traders didn't let this one slide and it's refreshing to see
I don't know why people are very fixated on the pnl amount. I mentioned it to be more accurate with my story nothing else. This "kyc not approved" is a known scam in the trading industry, propfirms will use this as an excuse to decline accounts or delay the process as much as possible.
The scam part is debatable because the support could be instructed to delay it so the money can stay in the account so the player gamble more or they could be just lazy and didn't do their job correctly which might be the case then it wouldn't be a scam, and to be more accurate I wouldn't call the whole site a scam. It's just that I feel scammed myself.
My $87 is very small but if they do this across 10-20 players the amount would add up. The pnl amount doesn't really matter clients should be treated equally.
ACR poker @ACR_POKER is one of the most unprofessional/scammy poker sites out there.
They’ve scammed one of our admins by falsely declining his kyc application and refused to accept his money withdrawal.
Our admin won $87 on their site from a freeroll, tried to withdraw the amount and it got declined. He presented legitimate POA and it got declined because the “last name didn’t match” while in fact it matched.
This happened multiple times
The customer support was unhelpful, lazy & refused to reply to most of his questions, used copy-paste responses mostly and took extremely long time to reply.
We believe this sort of tactics was used to make people unable to withdraw or delay the process.
It’s such a scam and shameful tactic. I hope people stay away from this site and be very careful with them.

@RedDragonPokerz@ACR_POKER Brv I already got rejected from withdrawal multiple times. I don't necessarily care about the money even tho it's something. It's the principle, I waited 4 days for nothing.
Money aside it's a frustrating experience the support team literally just copy paste responses.
