Chris Seibert Approved as Crown Point’s Next Athletic Director
CROWN POINT, Ind. — Crown Point Community School Corporation approved several leadership changes during Monday night’s Board of School Trustees meeting, highlighted by the appointment of Chris Seibert as the district’s next Athletic Director beginning July 1.
Seibert moves into the role after a successful decade leading the Crown Point girls basketball program. From 2015 through 2025, he guided the Bulldogs to multiple postseason appearances, including the program’s Class 4A state championship run in 2021. He will replace longtime Athletic Director Bill Dorulla.
Along with Seibert’s appointment, the district announced that former Assistant Athletic Director Matt McCaleb will transition into the role of Head of the Department of Transportation. Alison Duncan was also approved as Crown Point’s new Assistant Athletic Director.
The changes were officially confirmed as part of the board’s agenda ahead of the upcoming 2026-27 school year.
