This TV & speaker were seized from a property in Bulwell today by Environmental Health & Operational Response Officers, alongside @nottspolice, after the occupant had ignored numerous warnings & repeatedly breached a s.80 noise abatement notice.

Operational Response executed a warrant at a property in Bulwell today, following repeated breaches of a s.80 Noise Abatement Notice. Speakers & other equipment were seized by officers, which will hopefully give some respite to other residents in the area!

Despite having equipment seized in July, a persistent offender in Bestwood thought it acceptable to continue causing a noise nuisance, which resulted in a further warrant being executed yesterday and their new speaker & TV removed
