We're shocked and saddened to share the news that Croydon Council has refused our planning application to build 7 affordable homes at The Lawns. After months of negotiation they wouldn't budge on changes that made affordability unviable. We will appeal.

We're now waiting on a decision on our planning application, submitted in September. If successful, we'll aim to begin construction ASAP. We will sell the homes at a big discount, carried forward for future buyers, with priority to people with a connection to Crystal Palace.
