The continual shirking of responsibility between Redrow and HML Group on the resolution of this is an absolute disgrace...! If it was a set of lights outside of a show home on a new development, I'm pretty sure it would be resolved a lot quicker!

@Redrow this is an absolute disgrace. These bollards lights have never worked in the 20 months I have lived on The Shires, despite continued chasing. The power unit has been left in this state for months. No further updates as to when it will be fixed, totally unacceptable...!
@Redrow After months and months of chasing, Redrow have proved to be incapable of getting a single lighting bollard working. An utter disgrace from all the team in particular the construction team that the customer service team pass their queries over to. 6 months further on...!!!
@c2c_Rail you're app is the most hit and miss app I have ever ever used. Really need to sort your reliability issues out. Multiple attempts to pay for an e-ticket (which I find most convenient). Highly frustrating. I've seen it, I've said it, perhaps you can sort it.....!!

@Redrow So much for this being sorted before Christmas. January has now passed, it will be mid Feb by the end of the week and still no lights or resolution. What an absolute disgrace #shambolic ..... What is it going to take.....?!?!
