We prepare for our final battle, General Gómez marches through the tundra, aiming to take Allianz Fort. Major General Berhalter believes the harsh environment will give us a tactical edge. However, I don’t believe anyone benefits from such conditions.

Our assault on Tim Horton’s Fort ended in defeat, the Canadians were ready. The boys often question the strategies of our commanding officer. But, as Tennyson wrote, “Their’s not to reason why. Their’s but do and die.���, and into the valley of death, we rode.

We depart for Kingston victorious in our stand at Fort Cincinnati.

I was deployed late into battle, and with the assistance of Corporal Weah, delivered our first strike. First Lieutenant McKennie secured the victory moments later.
