@GooglePixel_US Seems like @GooglePixel_US isn't covering this under warranty because it's physical damage - even though all I did was take my device outside in the cold. Why is it my fault that you surrounded the glass with metal, JUST LIKE THE PIXEL 7 which had the exact same problem

@Google @GooglePixel_US seems you still haven't figured out the spontaneous shattering glass from the Pixel 7. Went outside in the cold and this happened. Support says it's not covered under warranty. So I can't take my phone outside when it's cold now??

It's also a package I have to sign for, and it's not something I'm going to leave sitting on my front porch. So I've had to take days off work in order to be able to sign for it. Now I have to take Monday off as well??? The facility it's supposedly at I could drive to in 15 mins!
