A lacrosse ball can work wonders.

Before Jiu Jitsu, Rock Climbing, or running, I spend 2-5 mins on each foot with the lacrosse ball and 50-75% of my pain is reduced for that session. Then do it again after.

I have yet to find anything that makes it go away 100% outside of quitting the activities I love, which isn’t an option at the moment.
