Interesting to see that Midtown foot traffic is recovering much faster than lower Manhattan - Midtown may have lots of vacant office space, but it also has all the key assets that drive visitation.

@Richard_Florida Some cities like Houston were overbuilt before. Others like Chicago were losing pop and companies already. Tech most likely to go remote affecting SF and Brooklyn. Life sciences (Boston) government (DC) and Fortune 500 (NY / Minneapolis) most likely to hang onto and need space.

@Richard_Florida Agreed. Rust belt cities undergoing significant transformation. Most sun belt cities languishing. And the disparity between the superstar cities and the rest has grown significantly with SF, NYC and Seattle now accounting for 17.5% of the entire US economy. Did I miss anything?
