@brianrmitchell4 It still doesn’t translate into an election loss for the UCP as they have a lock on the province. But DS’ toying with separation while Carney moves fwd on big projects is fueling this.
@AnneF1610602@CPAC_TV How short-sighted you are. Generations of prime ministers have failed to maintain 24 Sussex. It’s a national institution that is now embarrassing for the country.
@ibrenlaw@ABDanielleSmith So you prefer a unitary state where only conservatives remain. Show me a quicker way to corruption and oligarchy and I’ll buy you your $5 coffee. 🤦🏻♂️
@tleehumphrey I think you have the basic facts wrong? Canada contracted for 16 F-35 and Options for 72 more…
And we’ve had dual fleets before as many countries currently do.
@integritycdn@jkenney Then separatists shouldn’t ask for secession. Simple.
Alberta can’t have it both ways. For myself, I’d move to BC to keep my Canadian passport.
@BlaineBadiuk@WabKinew 400,000 Forever Canadian petitioners did not ask for a referendum. The Policy Stream was to send it to the Legislature to vote on the question. Smith refused. But, you know this.
@dckurek@MarkJCarney Damien, 400,000+ who signed Forever Canadian petition did not ask for a referendum. The Legislature was to vote on this as planned under the Policy Stream. But, you already know this.
@FreeAlbertaRob@DuaneBratt 700,000 Albertans did not petition to have a referendum. The 400,000 of the Forever Canadian campaign petitioned under the Policy Stream. This was supposed to go to the Legislature for a vote on the question: Do you want Alberta to remain within Canada?

@echipiuk Maybe the UCP should first run a general election specifically asking for a mandate to conduct a separation referendum. They have no mandate at the moment. Albertans don’t want this. Danielle obfuscates.
