@FOX4 It’s just a way outdated rule for any public school. Not against Crown Act. Rule allows any natural hair style of any race as long as it doesn’t go below the collar, eyebrows, or ears. This eliminates several hairstyles of blacks, whites, etc. so it’s not race based rule.
