Another update. Amy, from BNA, called me. She met me at the @SouthwestAir ticket counter and gave me a parking pass.
She’ll also be sending me info on how to navigate this in the future.
She was delightful and MUCH more helpful than the first person I talked to on the phone.

Hey @Fly_Nashville I’ll have to park, go through TSA, and meet my wife at her gate today since she’s flying solo and has low vision.
I was just informed that if that process takes longer than 30 minutes, I’ll be paying for an entire day’s parking. That’s ludicrous.
