​DG, #CRPF, Shri @gpsinghips & senior officers bid a grand farewell to Shri Dinesh Uniyal, IG UKD Sector, superannuating on 30 June 2026 after 37+ years of illustrious service across Punjab, J&K, NE & LWE theatres. An elite NSG veteran & acclaimed trainer, he was awarded the PPMDS & PMMS for his unblemished tenure.

Shaktivel of 78 Bn, who was grievously injured while bravely combating terrorists during an operation in Chakka village, Doda district, Jammu & Kashmir on 28 June 2005 and breathed his last on 29 June 2005 . ​We salute the unmatched gallantry of AC Jatin Gulati and HC R. N. Das, both posthumously awarded the Police Medal for Gallantry, and all our bravehearts. Their sacrifice will never be forgotten.
