@danbright_@Hertz It’s like a whole cottage industry of fake Hertz customer service accounts. The customer is so fed up with the typical Hertz customer service process that they are lulled into almost falling for these traps of fake representatives.
@danbright_@Hertz Dan. Had the same experience with a fake Hertz customer services ‘representative’. The first warning sign was that this person was far too willing to help. Which isn’t why I’ve seen from Hertz. This person then also asked for me to download the app, which was the end for me
