U16s! It’s Bust the Dust tomorrow night 7:00pm @ Totem 2! Please respect Spray Lakes rules regarding Covid. Arrive in most of your gear. You will have 15 mins in change room for helmets/ skates. Limit 9 players to each change room. Let’s ensure a long full season!

For U10, U12, U14 divisions, there will be a training module for coaches, teaching them the basics and things they need to know in order to ensure safety on the ice. The information will be tailored to the coaches for this purpose.

**Update** Please see the clarification from our earlier post. When physically distancing, a minimum of 2m distance is required. However, 3m distance needs to be maintained when participants are engaged in moderate to high intensity exercise.
