@JeffBezos I am highly irritated with the treatment I received after I left a review and posted a video showing that the product I ordered did not work as described. I don’t use any profanity. The rep did not even look at what I posted and replied. My original video is attached

@googlefiber Thanks but that doesn’t really help. Your company has threatened to disconnect my aunts internet however she can’t make a payment because you won’t take it over the phone. I guess technically challenged people don’t matter to Google fiber.

@googlefiber please consider making easier payment options for seniors and those that are less technical, maybe an option to mail a check. I spent over an hour on the phone with Joshua (he was great) but the whole process was horrible and I still haven’t heard from Google.

@IRSnews question, can you please tell me why is it that when we owe we have to pay interest and penalties but when the IRS hasn’t released our refund for the 2023 tax year we don’t get an additional amount for interest and penalties????

@Walgreens It just got worse, now the pharmacy on 7500 Wornall just closed without any notice after they said my prescription was ready. What’s going on????

@Walgreens Since the Walgreens on 63rd Troost KC Mo closed prescriptions were transferred to 75th Wornall so that could wait even longer now. 🫤🫤🫤Could you at least transfer the employees as well? They need help!!!!

Definitely done with @SpiritAirlines I don’t care if the flight is $2.83. It ain’t worth it!!!! Bag fees, seat fee, delayed flights every single time!!!!
