@DotTheKat@ScriptTrooper Complete guess but Id guess the gun Ford had ran out of blanks and instead of pausing to have him reload they just handed him a loaded one
@ImCarsten@Ozzny_CS2 Its also Faze Shanghai all over again. Faze massively overperformed at Shanghai, making it to the finals, and kept everyone except ropz when realistically, broky probably should have been benched in the off season
Yesterday my dad lost his battle to cancer.
Having had a complicated relationship with my dad for a very long time of my life, makes this “easier” to get through, but knowing how afraid he was of death makes it a very painful thought. I am okay.
Hvil i fred far ❤️
Another view of the kamikaze hitting USS Missouri (BB 63) on April 11, 1945. Filmed from USS Intrepid (CV 11).
They were in TG 58.4 east of Okinawa.
The kamikaze came in low from astern before banking into the starboard side with pieces landing on the main deck. Small fires were quickly extinguished and no injuries on The Mighty Mo.
This is the same kamikaze as the famous picture taken by Buster Campbell showing the kamikaze moments before impact.
The following quote is from https://t.co/U3emfCxXtv,
“…Within the wreckage, crew members aboard the USS Missouri found the body of the Japanese pilot, and in a singular act of human compassion, the officers and crew of Missouri gathered the remains, prepared a Japanese flag, and the next morning they paused briefly to pay respect to their enemy. They stood at attention and offered a hand-salute. A Marine honor guard fired a three-rifle volley, the bugler played "Taps", and the ship's Chaplain said: "Commend his body to the deep."”
