Recently I've been programming, helping the test team transition to a new Automated Testing framework.
We're moving from Cypress to Playwright. Right away there are a lot of things I like!
But out biggest pain points weren't fixed.

I'm reading "Measure What Matters" and filling my brain with OKR thoughts. One of which is a pondering about the level of Survivorship Bias in the stories chosen for the book.
So, who has stories of implementing OKRs without John Doerr consulting, or..
You want to know where that frustration comes from?
Good testers are system thinkers. And many bugs are not fixed just in code. The root cause lies in processes, org structures, so basically communication not happening.
Good testers want to fix that!
