Headingley Stadium - CSD were appointed by Caddick Developments to be part of the professional team in the redevelopment of the prestigious new Stadium, providing a wealth of experience for projects of this nature with multiple resident's from Cricket to Rugby. Build Value £50M

Harrods Aviation Hanger, Luton Airport - We were commissioned to convert an existing hanger into a luxurious corporate and VIP aviation terminal with appearance of great importance to reflect the prestige of Harrods. Build Value £8M. Such an interesting project to be part of.

Quest Academy, London - Our scope was to provide a detailed design on behalf of Wates Construction. Build Value £17M. We were delighted our design significantly contributed to the BREEAM “Excellent” rating.

CSD was appointed to carry out the detailed MEP Design for York Community Stadium and Leisure Complex scheme on behalf SES Engineering Services. Build Value £41M. Delivered on time and in budget.

DC Leisure - A major re-development of selected areas of the Rotherham Valley resulted in 4 bespoke new leisure facilities to service the south Yorkshire area. The construction consisted of installation of full mechanical and electrical services. Build Value £35M.

Central Square, Leeds - CSD were appointed to provide a RIBA Stage 4 Design for this prestigious Grade A Office in the heart of Leeds. Incredible design and project to be part of. Build Value £55M.

Driffield Leisure Centre - We delivered a full M and E package on time and in budget, with a LPHW Heating System via CHP, boilers, pumps and a mixture of underfloor heating as well as air handling unit's to manage the varying temperatures. Build Value £12M.

University of Huddersfield - This project was commissioned to build a state of the art, Music and Art's department. The key object was to meet the noise control criteria and provide a comfortable working environment. Build Value £15M. Delivered on time and in budget.

Howdell Primary School, Hatfield - As a flagship school of the 'Build School's for the Future' programme incorporating the latest technology to maximise energy efficiencies. Build Value £11M. This was a really interesting, challenging and rewarding project to work on.

Middleton Arena is a mixed use Leisure and Entertainment Facility in north Manchester. We supplied a fully bespoke Mechanical and Electrical package with a £19M build value. A fantastic project to work on.
