I have today commissioned a water project at Bulaa dagaa done in partnership with Turkiye Diyanet Vakfi. This vital project will help end chronic water shortages in the area. We are committed to providing reliable water access for our communities. (1)

Speaking at the launch, I assured residents that @GovGuyo's administration will facilitate the piping & distribution of water to more villages. I have instructed the Chief Officer to immediately begin the process of extending this project to neighboring homesteads. (2)

I also pointed out that @GovGuyo's administration is keen on effectively executing objectives of KDSP II, specifically improving our capacity to handle social risk management and Grievance Redress Mechanisms. (4)

In my remarks, I observed that the County Government had successfully implemented the Kenya Devolution Support Program I (KDSP) by constructing a modern Accident and Emergency Centre and a maternity wing at Biliqo health centre. (3)
