Today we celebrate Juneteenth and the gift of freedom. We recognize that every person is made in the image of God. Let us pray for continued healing, justice, and solidarity in our communities.
'Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you.' (Deuteronomy 31:6). Today, we pause to remember the courage of our fallen heroes. Thank you to the brave men and women who gave everything.
This week we celebrate Marguerite McGrath Maloney, who first began the Alumnae/i Association of the College of St. Elizabeth, and the generations of alumnae/i who have carried the torch since. Our mission and legacy are built by YOU.
Today we celebrate the women who have nurtured our faith, prayed with us through the hard times, and shown us a glimpse of God's love. To biological, adoptive, foster moms, and spiritual mentors - thank you for saying 'yes' to the beautiful, selfless calling of motherhood.
