Coach Diego Montalvo brings two years of coaching experience and is passionate about coaching, mentoring, and building strong connections within the community. Coach is excited to bring his work ethic to the program as he helps develop players both on and off the field.

Coach Donald Perez brings a strong winning background, with five years at Montebello Indians and championship experience. Now entering his third year at CSHM, he will coach linebackers while continuing to bring leadership and energy to the program.

Welcome Coach Dev! Coach brings five years of varsity coaching experience, previously coaching at Monrovia and Don Lugo High Schools. Known for his energy and passion, he helps build the culture and intensity of CSHM Football.

Coach Wes Castro brings five years of coaching experience, having worked at Workman, Don Lugo, and La Puente High Schools. He will serve as Wide Receivers Coach and Special Teams Coordinator, focused on developing disciplined playmakers and competitive units.

Coach Nick Fierro brings 10 years of coaching experience, having worked at El Monte, Calabasas, Bishop Alemany, and Don Lugo High Schools. He will serve as Running Backs Coach and Recruiting Coordinator, focused on developing players and strengthening the program.

Coach Eli brings seven years of coaching experience, including serving as Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator with Chino Pop Warner. He is passionate about developing young athletes through discipline, fundamentals, teamwork, and building a competitive culture. Welcome to CSHM!

Coach Gabe Lopez brings over 13 years of coaching experience, primarily as a Defensive Coordinator. He has coached for numerous programs, including his alma mater, Diamond Bar HS. Known for disciplined defenses, Coach Lopez emphasizes accountability, hard work, and faith!

Coach Mike Bustillos is entering his 14th year of coaching and most recently coached at Don Lugo high school as defensive coordinator. Coach has multiple athletes currently playing college football and a few preparing for the 2026 NFL Draft. We’re excited to welcome him to CSHM!
