NVRRC recommends the release of two new groundnut varieties from CSIR-SARI, GAF 1723 and ICGV-IS-08837. These come with a higher pod yield than the popular farmers varieties, High haulm yield and more than 40% oleic with more than 20% kernel protein.

NVRRC recommends the release of a new soybean variety from CSIR-SARI, TGX 1844. This new variety comes with higher yield potential, low shattering and high biomass for increased soil fertility
