This afternoon, some of our Arcola families had the pleasure of attending a free concert by the @NewOrchDC . It was a delightful experience, filled with the joy of live music.
We had an engaging parent coffee today! Ms. Perry from the HIAT office joined us to share valuable technology tools that students can use both at school and at home to support learning.
The Prevention of Blindness Society returned to Arcola today to provide vision screenings and fit students for new glasses. With clearer vision, our students are better equipped to succeed and academic achievement is sure to improve when they can see in class.
👟 Let Me Run 👟 started this week and the boys loved it! Thank you to our coaches (who are also JRES staff members) for leading the club! @JacksonRoadAP@velasquez_mcps

So proud of Ethan who represents the Mill on the @MCPSAthletics SALC committee and for helping lead the “Stronger Together: Building Championship Teams”. Great job, Ethan!
Have enjoyed watching @RocketsSportsRM alum, Corrine Howard, through her journey as a @MCPSAthletics student-athlete, SALC member and now @HUBisonVB athlete. So proud of her! What a great keynote speaker for the SALC conference! Keep shining, Corrine!
