This dialogue must prioritize establishment of practical mechanisms for resolving disputes in the peace process, maturely & constructively, to prevent disagreements within the R-TGONU leadership from continually creating an environment of insecurity and tension in the country.
We therefore issue an urgent wake-up call to the Revitalized Transitional Government of #SouthSudan and implore the Guarantors of the R-ARCSS to recognize the gravity of the situation and act decisively to prevent complete national collapse.
The scarcity of global humanitarian funding has made the existing humanitarian crisis in #SouthSudan profoundly challenging to address. Any further deterioration would have catastrophic consequences for the citizens and severely affect the country.
