Voice your support for our forward-thinking mission! Use the hashtag #CSOforward on social media when you attend or promote our concerts to your friends. We’ll be using the hashtag frequently leading up to our 50th anniversary, so watch as it pops up throughout our evolution.
In anticipation of our 50th anniversary in a few years, we are excited to launch a brand new logo! Its slanted font evokes forward motion and reminds us of the enduring power of classical music to transform individual hearts and inspire collective action.
And, for the first time in CSO history, we are unveiling a monogram. Our new monogram calls to mind the symbol for infinity—suggesting that in the CSO’s efforts to embed music in its surrounding community, there are infinite possibilities for growth.

She gained national attention when Daniel Barenboim invited her to give the first performance of the Elgar concerto which he conducted years after the death of his wife, the celebrated cellist Jacqueline Du Pre. We're delighted to have Allison join us! (3/3)
Due to unforeseen circumstances, cellist Kenneth Woods is unable to perform in this concert. In his absence, we are pleased to announce that Allison Eldredge will play cello on the world premiere of Donald Fraser's "Elegy." (1/n)
Eldredge has played widely nationally and internationally, from London to Moscow to China and Berlin. She has been called “a cellist afraid of nothing” (Chicago Times) with “virtuosity wholly at the service of the music” (American Fanfare). (2/n)
