@transitlover@TTChelps@cityoftoronto I appreciate that not everyone can wear a mask but those that i observed let their masks hang from their necks and given the consistentency of numbers, I dont think it is as simple as health issues. More education and outreach is needed.
On TTC Queen streetcar number 4551 and several people not wearing masks. @TTChelps@cityoftoronto it would be great to get more constables en route. Those who cannot drive to work or doctor shouldn't be penalized by getting potentially exposed to #COVID19
