We professionals didn't take complete advantage of CFSS due to non working of MCA website on 31.12.20. If MCA had already planned of no extension than website should have worked properly till 11:59:59 on 31.12.20

It is high time now. To make government understand our situation and difficulties faced due to non working of MCA website all of us should get united and contact PMO at the earliest. I believe that our Prime Minister will understand our situation.

@nsitharaman has completely ignored difficulties faced by professionals and small enterprises due to not working of MCA website on 31.12.2020 and even after. If our request not heard then we have to adopt other option to make her hear.

No response from government and ministry even after lots of representations through out nation, somehow force me to believe that @nsitharaman is reluctant to extend CFSS and LLPSS, because for her revenue for government is more important than public.

From the current stand of government it seems like companies to which govt intentionally wanted to give benefits of CFSS has already availed CFSS benefit. Now government don't bother about company genuinely require CFSS.

This government has given us a feel of British era. Where ruler imposes undue tax and penalty without taking into consideration the economic condition of the public. Whether innocent public die but has to pay penalty.

Why should small enterprises bear the burn of high additional fee that is caused due to failure of MCA website on 31.12.2020. MCA should extend CFSS and LLPSS due date as compensation of website failure.

#Extend_CFSS It is primary duty of the elected government to take decisions for the benefits of the public. Charging hefty penalty in such a crucial situation is not justified. All the stakeholders are demanding extension of CFSS and LLPSS and it should be granted.
