We had applied Names in V3 two times, with one of the promoters being TM Holder, still the @MCA21India rejected the same on both instances inspite of providing all the required docs with two different remarks. pls clarify.

After so many complains to the Deaf Ears of @MCA21India , finally after wait of 3 months for Solution I have Wrote to @PMOIndia @narendramodi . lets see if problem gets solved or not. Login ID for LLP Compliance is still not Activated on V3 Portal.

MCA is now A days GOD. They have the power to reject the name with out mentioning any reason and also have the power to approve the same rejected name.

MCA-Rejection of proposed names are without applying a mind by Non responsive officials. MCA should suggest 3 names while rejecting the name This will be real ease of doing business.Otherwise its a harassment. @nsitharaman @nsitharamanoffc @Rao_InderjitS @PMOIndia @mppchaudhary

@MCA21India @FinMinIndia @icsi_cs @theicai @ICAICMA Sir pls think practically, nothing is going right on LLP portal. I am not able to file CHG 8, conversion of co to LLP and annual filing also. Pls do not write false things which are very far from actual situation.
