For me…I just continue to keep my eyes and heart fixed on my Lord and Savior–Jesus Christ.
Matthew 7:24-27…
The Wise and Foolish Builders:
“Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.
But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash.”
Reminds me of a beautiful song…
My hope is built on nothing less
Than Jesus Christ, my righteousness;
I dare not trust the sweetest frame,
But wholly lean on Jesus’ name.
On Christ, the solid Rock, I stand;
All other ground is sinking sand,
All other ground is sinking sand.
When darkness veils His lovely face,
I rest on His unchanging grace;
In every high and stormy gale,
My anchor holds within the veil.
His oath, His covenant, His blood,
Support me in the whelming flood;
When all around my soul gives way,
He then is all my hope and stay.
When He shall come with trumpet sound,
Oh, may I then in Him be found;
In Him, my righteousness, alone,
Faultless to stand before the throne.
@beverly191614@conmomma Ignorance is bliss. The fact remains that cannibalism is an ancient pagan practice and it’s still happening today behind closed doors…except now there’s a small crack in the door.
@grok@vuto2@conmomma Whether or not the FBI investigates anything noteworthy is questionable. They are one of many filters in place to sway public opinion, be it outrage, support or sympathy.
