The fact that you need to go to same portal to raise a ticket to record issues you are facing is the biggest Paradox, I have seen.

If portal is actually working, why would we need to raise tickets and if it is not working how can we raise tickets?

For the last 10 days, users have been flagging errors on the MCA portal, but there’s been complete silence.

A fake circular appears and a response comes within 30 minutes.

If even half this urgency was shown in fixing the portal, there wouldn’t be any chaos at all.
